PRE-ASSEMBLED OPENINGS
INSERTION SYSTEM
asi[M]0 is a machine that allows the insertion of pre-assembled openings in a wall panel frame.
FEATURES:
- Openings can be made of 2×3 to 2×8
- Handles up to 12ft in width
- Openings height from 31in to 143-1/2in
- Two (2) possible configurations:
- Openings feeding from the side
- The openings comes in from the stationary side (top of wall)
- Openings feeding from the end
- The openings comes from the end of the machine, which adds a 15ft support structure that serves as a buffer zone
- Openings feeding from the side
- Open design lets you decide your opening assembly table configuration (not included)
INCLUDES
- Eight (8) aluminum legs mounted on pneumatic cylinder and equipped with 3in rollers for side feeding or track rollers for rear feeding:
- Allows lifting of heavy openings
- Positions them within the wall frame
- Lower the openings in it once in place
- This section is an extension of section asi(M)1 and is controlled by the motion controller included in that section
OPTIONS
- Openings insertion orientation:
- Left hand side
- Right hand side
- Rear
- An opening fabrication table to build openings prior to their insertion in the wall frame, consisting of:
- A fence on 2 faces to optimize openings assembly straightness before insertion
- Stops to align openings within the frame
- Periodic maintenance program
